In a mountain hike or mountain, the potential health problems are very specific. The most common are: bulbs (or blisters), sprains, the acute mountain sickness, snow blindness, sunburn. First aid kit well suited to the conditions encountered during the walk will be most useful. Parks, forests and wild places every year host hikers, campers, backpackers, climbers, canoeists, the ATV riders, hunters and others in search of adventure or want enjoy nature at its purest. Before leaving, ask about the area you intend to explore. Bring a card and check the weather. Put others informed of your route and your schedule. Never travel alone and always stay in groups. Bring enough water and food. When you go on a hike, bring items to protect against the cold, rain or wind. A survival blanket waterproof and reflective is indicated. It is inexpensive, reusable, highly functional and knows how to be in a small backpack. Also bring a whistle, so that others can more easily locate you, and a flashlight in case you're still on the trail at sunset. It is very important to bring the adventure first aid kits while coming.
